- Changes are
1- Only 5 searches in 15 minutes and after that you will get
"You have exceeded the maximum number of searches allowed in 15 minutes. You can try again in 14 minutes".
2- Captcha after login
I am not yet successful in securing an appointment, so cant't tell what is changed at that screen.

This is interesting.
Although, I can understand that the intentions are to block automated bots and crawlers who claim to *catch* cancelled appointments and later sell them for money, this will definitely make booking around midnight hours very difficult.

I have been trying to book appointment for set(o) with 2 dependants for more than a week now. Today I tried the same search with "0" dependants and found loads of appointments. I searched again with "2" dependants and got the same "No appointments available" message.
Not sure if this fault with the website, or has anyone enquired with ukba about this?
Please respond.
Thanks.

It's because appointments with more dependants require longer slots as they are slotted in, rather than just added up.
Do not send me PM's with specific questions - post question in the open forum so others can also benefit from the answers.

I booked my appointment last week using the new process. The new process is a lot better than the old. Earlier I spent 3 weeks staying up late at night and there was no luck. With the new process it is much better.
I think the success depends a lot on how you search your appointment.
All the best!!

What time did you guys all apply?
I've been trying all times -- from 12 to about 2am (the previous 'good time to try')
No luck yet (no dependents
)

This is how I searched
1. Opened the site in 3 different browsers - (IE, FireFox, Chrome)
2. In each browser window selected only 1 PEO office, for example IE was Croydon, FireFox was Sheffield etc.
3. In all browsers From date and To date was blank
4. The captcha was already entered and ready to click
5. At 00:00:05 (5 seconds past midnight) clicked search
I even had my details for the next page typed in Notepad and ready to copy-paste to save time
These steps helped me secure an appointment. I can't guranttee these will work again but I think sure worth a try.
The simple logic is limiting the search to only 1 PEO. I know some people also limit the search to only 1 date (42 days from now- 6 weeks)
Hope this helps!!
Thanks.

So you applied exactly at midnight??
The old system used to be down for a period of time.
Today tried at 00:05 - all appointments gone...

I tried no luck, no appointment available.
New system sucks, you can't search more than 5 times in 15 minutes.
