Tier 1 Gen extension, exp 22 June wanting too appl App 6 Apr

Please suggest experts,

I have Tier 1 General Visa expiring on 22 June 2013 but now due to new Visa Prices I wanted to apply before 6th April 2013.

Any suggestions in terms of ILR?

now a days I have seen Visa Processing taking more than 2 months time and by the time my turn comes it will be around June 2013 anyway.

I have 2 dependants which is why total fee is going up by £820

IT takes less than a month in most cases now. Unless you are very desperate I wouldnt risk it.

It took me only 20 days to get my extension. Most people applying currently are getting within a few weeks. So you need to think carefully before applying.

If I were you, I would go for applying before 6 April. There are many ways of "delaying" your application if you know what I mean...
