Father got ILR after baby was born in UK who has Indian ppt

Hi there

I recently received my ILR and want to know the process of securing a citizenhip/pp for my lil one who was born in UK

1. Baby born in UK on 28/11/12
2. Applied for Indian passport and dependent visa as she was suppose to travel to India with mother. 03/01/2013
3. Father's ILR was approved. 04/03/2013

So my question is, when my lil comes back to UK in April, can I directly apply for british passport and what would be the process of cancelling the indian passport

Register on form MN1, once registeration certificate is received, apply for passport.

Section 1(3) applications - children born in the United Kingdom to parents who are now settled in the United Kingdom

If the child's parent has become settled in the United Kingdom or becomes a British citizen, the child will have an entitlement to register as a British citizen. This registration would be under section 1(3) of the British Nationality Act 1981.

How are they going to come back? do they have a valid visa? if so what visa they have?

1.once you get natrulization certificate , apply for british passport.
2.Once british passport is approved, surrender Indian passport at VFS.
3.Once you get surrender certificate apply for PIO or 5 year visa depending on your travel plans.
