MN1 - Application Form Query

I am applying for naturalization for my son using MN1 form in addition to my AN form.

My son was born in India and then travelled to UK under work permit dependent category. We obtained ILR in Jan’12 and I believe now he is eligible for naturalization with my application. I am struggling to answer section 1.1 within MN1 form.

Section 1.1: Please indicate the section of the British Nationality Act 1981 under which you would like the application considered.

Please can someone advice?
