Dependent new born visa

Post by nnr21 » Wed Mar 20, 2013 4:18 pm

Dear All,

I have a newborn 3months old whom I am planning to send back to India for 3-4 months and then come back.

What is the best solution for this? Shall I make my baby's passport and then do the dependent visa from India or I should do the passport and visa both in UK.

Me and my wife both has got Tier1 General visa.

IMHO, you should do it over here and do it before 6 April

Why you are suggesting from here as the visa fees is much less in India than here? and here they sometime take months to get the passport back.

Sorry I misread the fees. Its actually higher in India than here but I still want to apply from India. Do you think any problem with that?

Its better to apply here, If you apply in India there is more paper work and
unnecessary hassle. The case workers over there are really unprofessional and not trained properly.

Thanks,
uday
