ILR and Registration for UK Born babies

Post by saqib_26 » Thu Mar 21, 2013 9:08 am

I have applied for ILR on premium service at widow. the home office keep documents for further checking . I haven’t included my UK born kids in the ILR application as i wanted to register them after my ILR approval. My visa is going to expire on 23rd March 2013 and under such circumstances i am applying for my kids visa as dependents today to avoid them to become illegal.

My query is that if i got ILR in the mean while if the home office has not processed my kid’s case, meaning that they have not deducted the fees can i withdraw their case and again apply for Registration
