Need reference for Tier 2 Sponsor xxxxxxx

My friend who is currently on Tier 2 ICT is planning to switch to Tier 2 General using a sponsor. He has come to know about xxxxxxx(who sponsor tier 2 visas). Is xxxxxx a reliable company? Has anybody got sponsorship with this company? If so, I would like to know about the experience.

I'm applying to them at the moment, and I can say...

Good points- No upfront fees, seem to me in it for the long term and good pay!

Bad Points- Long application process (you really are treated as a job applicant, not as a ‘client’) and It’ll be more restrictive in terms of contracts
