Hi

I am on ILR at the moment and my wife is on PBS dependant visa. I have got my son born this year.

-> Can I claim child benifit
-> If i do would that affeect my wife's SET(M) application in future as we have to fill the public fund section in the form?
-> would this affect my naturalisation application in future?

chagan, you have ILR and are perfectly entitled to claim any benefits that your circumstances dictate you are entitled to. Any such claim will have no impact upon any application for Naturalisation.
