ILR dependant visa enquiry

Friends

I recently got ILR, planning to go home India next month, get married and bring the wife back with me.

Can someone suggest me what application form I should be using when I apply for ILR dependent visa?

Can someone also suggest me what supporting documents I should take with me?

Is there any thread/post in the forum that i should look into?
