Short of 1 month for ILR settlement Eligibility

Hi All,

I would like to know if I qualify for ILR settlement criteria. Came to UK on Tier 2 (ICT) .
Putting down my queries here in brief :

Visa start date : Nov 2,2009
Landed in UK : Nov 29,2009
Visa Expiry Date : Nov 29,2012

Visa Stay - 3 years , 27 days
Actual Stay - 3 years

Have got the extension as well and its valid till 30-OCT-2014. Total 23 months after my Visa Expiry Date.

Total stay in UK will be 4 years 11 months.

Please let me know that Am I eligible for ILR ?? or Do I need to ask my employer for another extension ??

If I am eligible , when should I go to UKBA Office for ILR settlement ??
