ILR Short Fall - 5 Days

Post by sapna2031 » Mon Apr 15, 2013 1:16 pm

Hello Guys,

My Visa Details are as per Below:

Tier 1 General
16th April 2010 - 16th April 2013

Tier 1 General Extension
11th April 2013 - 11th April 2015.

There is a 5 days shortfall in completing 5 Years for ILR.

Could you please guide me as what can be done in this case?

- Do i need to apply for another extension or 28 Days would be count for ILR?

I would really appreciate for your time and feedback.

Kind Regards,

Sapna

Hi
If you entered UK within 90 days after 16th April 2010, then you can apply 28 days before 16th April 2015.

thanks for the advice.

so, in that case 5 days short fall would not be an issue.
