Settled person dependent visa inside UK

Post by oursnetuse » Mon Jun 03, 2013 9:07 pm

Hello,

I have been staying for last 5 years and my wife has been staying with me last one year. Now I am eligible for ILR and my wife is not eligible for ILR since she is not crossed 2 years rules. So which application I need to apply for my wife after my ILR is done?

Thanks for your help...

You need to provide a bit more detail and information if you expect someone to help you with advice.

What visa are you on:
What visa is your wife on:
What date was her visa issued:
What date did she arrive in the UK:

Etc etc......
Char (CR001 not Casa)

Thanks for your reply.

Currently I am in Tier 1 General. I have been on this visa for 5 years and next month I am applying for ILR.

Currently my wife has Tier 1 Dependent Visa and she is on this visa for 1 year only (i.e. year ago she came to the UK) and need to apply extension for her also next month.

So can you please tell which visa form I need to fill for her? Is it FLR(M)?

Thanks for your help.

She can extend her PBS dep leave if it will expire before she is eligible to apply for settlement the form is flr(o).

Neither FLR(M) nor FLR(O) is the correct form for extending PBS dep leave, prior to settlement.

Sorry to hijack this post but my question is related to PBS dependent Fees.

I will be apply from my ILR very soon and my wife will be applying PBS dependent at the same time as me in PEO Croydon office.

But i am confused about my PBS Dependent visa fees because she is using different form as me.

I will be applying on Form Set(O) and i understand my fees will be £1426 but what should i select on PBS dependent form for my wife £1534 or £1920.

It's two seperate form that is why i am confused.Experts please help me out.
