Experts,Can dependent child got (ILR) Apply UK Nationality

Dear Admin.

Can you please clear me regarding my dependent children (Age,8 years and 6 years ) can apply their nationality before 12 months.
We got tier 1 ILR on march 2013 with my wife and two dependent children.
My children was born in Pakistan they came with me when we came to UK last 5 years ago
My question is that , do my children need to complete 12 month after ILR or they can apply nationality before 12 months.
