hi all
i recently got british citizenship,now can my wife apply for bc.she has ILR from last 3 years and she is in this country from last 3 years and 6 months.but the ukba says it should be 5 years in total.

If you have got BC, then your wife can apply as spouse of BC based on 3 years legal residence and meeting all the standard requirements.
