Hello...
I know there is a lot of topics like this but i need to get this right.
My wife and I have been granted ILR on 25/03/13.We already been citizenship approved. :)
We have two daughters born in UK. 1 was born 2011 before we've been granted ILR and the another one born april 2013 after we've been granted ILR.

Does we really need to send MN1 for for the firs baby? or we could get way applying for them both passports together?
The MN1 form is very complex, do we need to go through all of it?

The MN1 form is very complex, do we need to go through all of it? Yes, MN1 for daughter born in 2011, she is not British as you were not settled and only British citizens can get a British passport, like your daughter born after you received ILR

Thanks for the prompt answer Cr001.
Thats right we already been approved citizenship because we applied on bases to live in UK for 6 + ILR. once we proved we treat rights for 6 years we dont need to complete 1 year of ILR. :)
we gonna apply for MN1 for the 1st baby, but firs still need to check about multiples citizenship because the babys already Brazilian and Polish passports.

Your post did not say you were on the EU route which is PR and not ILR.

Congrats anyway and the rest should be fairly easy and straightforward.

Could I please ask you that if I need to send the my passport (or photocopy of ILR stamp will work) to IPS for the child's passport? She is born after we received our ILR.

they don't accept photocopies.
