ILR Question - Children Accompanying

Post by chindan1 » Thu Jul 04, 2013 9:38 am

Dear Friends,

I have children both are born in UK.
as a parent I am applying for ILR for myself and spouse only.

For children, they would elgible for citizenship after successful ILR of parent.

My question is can we take our children to UKBA PEO when we apply, we do not apply them; but they would just accompany us; my little one is 6 months old never been used to day care...so wanted to take them with us.

would it alright?

bets Regards

Yes, fine to take children even if not applying for them. They will be allowed in with you, so don't worry.
