1 ILR application - both on Tier 1's?

Post by jasonolivier17 » Thu Jul 11, 2013 10:30 am

Hi there,

Apologies if this has been covered before but as usual, the UKBA content on their forms/site is vague and confusing so I hope you can help.

My wife and I came to the UK both on Tier 1's (each independently - not as a dependent of each other). When applying for ILR soon, can we apply using 1 form (i.e. her as my dependent) as the form states that your partner can apply with you?

OR do we have to apply for ILR separately?

Thanks in advance!

Jason

You have to apply separately as you have independent visas.
