Correct form

Hi, I am about to apply for 10 yrs continuous stay having been on a student visa for the past 10 years.

Having looked at the Set(o) form, the tier 4 category is not mentioned. Am i supposed to be using another form?

10 years long residency form is SET(LR) and not SET(O), it changed in April this year.
