Error on BRP card...

Hello....we received our BRP cards last Saturday, and there was an error on my 8mth old baby s card. I sent the card back on Monday itself to them. However as his passport was with the Indian embassy, had to send a photocopy of it.
We are due to travel on Wednesday, that will be over a week since I sent the card back, overseas...a trip which is very very imp to me, but haven't heard anything back from them as yet..I did mention the urgency to them in the note I had attached with the card!! I have also tried emailing them...but no response yet!!!
Would any one have any idea how long they may take? Or if there is a number or person whom I could speak too....as I am feeling super helpless at the moment!!!

Sorry to hear you had an error. What was the error on the card if you don't mind me asking?

When I sent my daughters BRP back for correction, it took them 4 weeks before I got it back corrected.

I hope you receive it in time.
