SET(M)

Post by bill123in » Tue Jul 30, 2013 7:00 pm

Hi experts,

My current status - FLR(M) since Aug 11
Next application - ILR ; will be using SET(M) form.
UKBA service - have booked for PEO service; appointment is scheduled for 3rd week of Aug-13.

Questions -
1) do I need to book a separate appointment for biometric?
2) I passed my life in UK test in 2011; it does not have any expirey date. I guess it is still valid?
3) English langauge requirement - Is Life in UK test sufficient for this requirement?

Please can you respond to above questions.

Regards

3) English langauge requirement - Is Life in UK test sufficient for this requirement? You only need LIUK as you are applying before October 2013 and are also under the old rules (pre 9 July 2012)

Please can you respond to above questions.
