Do I need a second extension to my Tier 1 application?

Initial visa start date: 29 October, 2009
Entry into UK: 14 February, 2010
Visa Renewal application sent date: 25 October, 2012
BRP arrival date: January 26, 2013
BRP expiry date: January 26, 2015

Do I need to get a second extension or do I fulfill the no. of days required to apply for ILR?

Any help would be much appreciated. If you can send me some links to where I can read up on this in greater detail, that would be even better.

14 Feb 2010 - 29 Oct 2009 = 108 days > 90 days.

You may apply for ILR between Saturday, 17 January 2015 and Sunday, 25 January 2015.
