UK NARIC Outcome - please advice !!!

I sent my MRS LLB degree to assess about the English language requirement.

Today they send me letter saying.

Additional Comments: Final Degree Certificate not Presented.

" Although it is confirmed that the english is the Medium of instruction in the teaching and examination system of the department providing this award, it unfortunately has not been possible to confirm that the necessary English language requirements for CEFR LEVEL C1 are met upon completion".


Please advice what should i do for her as her LAW degree was taught in english.
