Applying for naturalisation

Hi,

Can someone help when I can apply for naturalisation.

I entered the UK on a work permit in 2008 and obtained a spouse visa in April 2011. My husband is a British Citizen. I was out of the country for more than 90 days in 2010. I obtained my ILR in April 2013 (based on the spouse visa). When is the earliest I can apply for naturalisation?

Is it 3 years (regardless of what visa I was on) to qualify for the residency test?

When is the earliest I can apply for naturalisation? You can apply now, but please make sure that your were physically present in the UK exactly 3 years to the date that the UKBA receives your application.

Is it 3 years (regardless of what visa I was on) to qualify for the residency test? You can use the combination of your visas as long as you have been resident for three years.

Hello,

When applying for my spouse visa, I had obtained a 'Statement of compatibility' from UKNARIC for my degree being taught in English.

Can I use the same letter when applying for British citizenship as per the changes in the rules?

So its a date of my first blue book after one year working in Uk-2008(Im EEA),or the 2nd after 5 years which is PR book(2012)???
