Hi,
My wife granted UK Entry Clearance visa spouse/sp on 02/09/2012
for 27 month, application was submitted early 2012 but was refused and we have appeal and get it, can you please tell me when she can apply for indefinite leave to remain.

When did she initially enter the UK on her spouse visa?

She may apply for ILR from 23 August 2014 and before her leave expires.
