My daughter is born in UK so whether it will be possible to apply her ILR from India, and my wife is not able to meet the English language requirement so which visa i should apply for her

Hi Due to the Christmas time, I extended the visa under Tier2 General. So you mean to say that my wife will not be eligible for the ILRvinny wrote:If your wife applies for entry clearance as an ILR dependant, then her qualifying period for ILR may be reset.
