ILR for Partner

Post by uday2509 » Fri Oct 04, 2013 10:54 am

Hi All,

I appreciate your time and help on this.
My wife is here in this country since 2009 to 2011 on a student visa and from 2011 September she is on Tier 1 Dependant visa. We are about to apply ILR in 2014 Jan, I am assuming she is eligible to apply ILR with me as per the old rules, but I would like to make sure we are doing the right thing.

Please help, Thanks in advance.

Best Regards,
Uday

Yes, if you are applying for ILR under Tier 1 (General).
