Self employed accountant qualification

Post by UKBALoveStory » Fri Oct 11, 2013 7:40 pm

Hi,

Can anybody please confirm the exact link to understand the accountant qualification requirements for self employed ppl for ILR on Tier 1(G) route?

Is it the same as mentioned on Tier 1(G) guidance?

Thanks

Are you referring to what qualifications your accountant must have in order for his evidence of your financial profile to be accepted?

He or she needs to be compliant with the requirements in para 114 of the guidance.

Yes, But that guidance is for Tier 1 extension and not for ILR. Is it the same?

The guidance defines your accountant if you are a T1 migrant and will be using the services of an accountant to score points for previous earnings in an application to the UKBA. This would be the case for further leave to remain or settlement.
