Nutrilaztion ( family setltlemt visa applied from india )

Hi,

Currently I am on ILR visa and Last week I have applied the settlement visa (vaf4a ) for my wife and daughter from India. As per the current scenario that will take around 3 months.

But next month I am eligible to apply citizenship ( neutralization ). Can you please advise me if I will process my application for citizenship then,

Is my family settlement visa process will get affected ?

it is the same visa whether you are on ILR or a citizenship, so no need to worry about their application or yours

Hi All Guru,

I am applying the settlement Visa for my Kids ( 6 years old ) and my wife as i am holding ILR. I am bit confuse about Form and Appendix selection. It would be really great help if you please confirm about below.


Wife Visa -- > VAF4a1 and Appendix 2 ??
Kids Visa --> VAF4a1 and Appendix 1 ??
