Tier 1 ILR - more than 180 days Gap

Hello Gurus,

Below is my UK entry & Exit dates, along with period stayed out.

Could you please advice what will be the earliest date I can go for my ILR as per the below dates mentioned. I am currently in Tier 1 General Visa.

UK Entry UK Exit Period Stayed Out
23-Jan-10 05-Mar-10 204
25-Sep-10 16-Feb-11 11
27-Feb-11 02-Mar-12 40
11-Apr-12 till date

If I split absence date between 2 years, then can I have the start date of 1st year out of country ?
I mean, on calculation of back date from ILR application date, the 1st day of first year - do I need to be in UK ?

Good question. I have the same questionand have exchanged emails with UKBA but apparently the answer is no
