MN1 for child

Post by Tier1immigrant » Sun Jun 01, 2014 9:09 am

Hi guys, going for my ILR with partner soon to a premium appointment.

Have plans to send MN1 for child as soon as we received our BRPs.

Do we have to send the MN1 form before the visa expiry of my child or is it ok to let the child's visa expire?

We don't have any travel plans.

Many thanks

Was the child born in the UK??

Should not a problem unless you have travel plans.
