Croydon ILR appointment with kids anyone ?

Hi all,
I have an ILR apppointment at croydon around noon for myself and my 2 my dependants (including 2 year old). Any tips about taking toddlers into appointment and how long will it take? Will they give priority for applicants with family. Any other feedback for the appointment would be appreciated.

There is a cafe for drinks or snacks and the waiting area is quite large. You will see many people with children so not sure if there is something specific you need to know.
