Baby born to Tier 5 partner

Hey guys I have a doubt.
I ve come to UK on a tier 5 TW visa and my wife on partner visa.
Shes going to have out baby in may.
I just had some queries to childbirth.

1- Will the child be eligible for UK passport or I'l have to take my native country passport for my kid?
2- I don't have a Surname/Last name in my passport. Will this be a problem for registering my child's birth? Will there be problems with registering my child's name?

1- Will the child be eligible for UK passport or I'l have to take my native country passport for my kid? No, the child will not be British because you are not settle (ILR) or a British Citizen. The child will take on the nationality of yourself and/or your wife.
2- I don't have a Surname/Last name in my passport. Will this be a problem for registering my child's birth? Will there be problems with registering my child's name? Should not be a problem, provide proof of your name (passport etc)
