query regarding visit visa for my family

Dear Friends,

I am in UK Tier-2 general migrant visa (company sponsored). My family members (parents and siblings) wants to visit me for 1 month.
I have 2 questions-

1. Do they need to apply in general visitor visa or family visitor visa category ? (I am not permanent resident in UK, I am in visa for 3 years)

2. Is it required to do TB test. They are applying from India.

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
