change in surname in BRP of my wife post marriage

Hi, I am on tier 2 ict and my wife is my dependant . We have a valid visa till june 2017. I have recently changed my Wife SURNAME in her passport , now should I apply again for her PBS and BRP ?

Yes, She does have a BRP and In BRP she has her Maiden name.
And her New passport has husband's SURNAME

Do we need a Deed poll? I spoke to solicitors and they said TOC Form is incorrect and we need to get a Deed poll.
But when i saw UK BA website , there is no mention of Deed poll. I also called Home office and they said They never heard of Deed poll. Not sure if i need Deed poll or not.

Just to reiterate my status
I and my wife are indian citizens and my wife has a new Indian passport with updated Surname.

Can you please shed some light.
