Spouse Visa (FLR) Holiday

Post by kingbee » Thu May 28, 2015 9:46 am

Grateful if anyone can help on this.

My wife is currently here on a spouse visa after we'd passed the £18.6k income requirement.

Next on the agenda is to apply for FLR.

My question: does she have to be in the UK for a continuous amount of time? i.e; can we take a lengthy holiday or is this out of the question?

Holidays are permitted, however long absences should be for good reason.

How long are you planning to be on holiday?
