Tier 2 Application Form Query

Hi all,

Just wondering if you can help, please could you let me know how to find an FLR form for Tier 2 general extension. I am planning to avail the same day service which directs me to pay and arrange an appointment, however do not direct me towards the Tier 2 application form.

Please could you point me towards the right direction.

Tier 2 Form (Click) and Tier 2 Policy Guidance Notes (Click)

You will also need to pay the IHS Surcharge (Click) before you apply as you need the IHS reference number.

There is always a small trade off.

If you want to use same day then you cannot use the online application form but have to stick with old long paper form.

I called home office to get that checked.
