T2 Dependant application form Premium Service

Hello,

The following link says that each dependant for Tier 2 visa needs to pay £1,051 when using premium service: https://www.gov.uk/tier-2-general/overview

However the Tier 2 dependant application form does not show any option to tick a box for that fee. The application form can be found at https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... _04-15.pdf

Could you please advise whether I am using the correct application form for my dependant?

The extra £400 is the booking fee for a premium service so a total of £1051 to pay when you book for the premium service appointment.

The visa application fee is £651 which is correct on the form but you don't need to complete the payment details/page of the form if you pay online when booking an in person appointment.

If it is a Tier 2 General dependent extension, the applicant also has to pay the Health Surcharge (Click)
