Dear All
Please Help As I Applied for Visit Visa.
I Was Refused as According to ECO an improperly obtained Entry Stamp was Found On My Passport.
We are also Banned for 10 years which is very Harsh.
According to Gerry's The Retained Passports Will Return In About a Month.

All i want to know is has that Happened to Anyone and What will Happen Next?

Is there any truth in the stamp being suspicious?

It is often the case if there is deception or fraudulent documents etc. used in a visa application.

Likely that your passport will be examined, checked and scrutinized cover to cover.

The Stamps are Airports Property and they change the dates Manually.

I really do not care if they Check it Cover to Cover Everything is Legit.

Is This Ban Challenge Able By My Sponsor?

I will Be appreciated if some guidelines are given to How can This Ban be Reversed.

Ask them to provide proof of any falsified stamps. Request a copy of any document verification reports.

They have specificaly asked to NOT contact Abu Dhabi or Islamabad Embassy.
But That Is A Valid Point.

did you get your passport back? if yes how long does it takes to get it. asking on behalf of friend he had the same issue. Thanks in advance

Obviously they will have got passport back;
whether they are still banned is $64,000 question we and 'friend' with dodgy passport stamp will never know.
