'Tier2 ICT Dependent' and 'Tier2 ICT' possible together?

I am on "Tier2 ICT Long Term" Visa. My wife is applying for "Tier2 ICT Dependent". In the mean time exploring opportunities option for "Tier2 ICT" from current company she is working in India.

If she get "Tier2 ICT Dependent" by next month and later "Tier2 ICT".

Can she travel on "Tier2 ICT"? In that case dependent visa will not used. Please advice, if there can be any issues with dual visa on passport?

The one she applies for last will cancel the one she got earlier. A person cannot hold two visas at the same time. There should be no issues though as long as she has a valid visa.
