hi dear, i got my ilr last year in December on the basis of 10 years long residency, my wife still have tier 1 general dependent visa granted on march 2013 and valid till mar 2016. my question is can my wife travel to india with existing valid tier 1 general dependent visa status, as it expires on march 2016. i will change her visa to flr(m) near the expiry date.
