Tier 2 ict dependant child application query

Hi,

I am planning to apply for my baby 's dependant visa through my Tier 2 ict visa.
Please could you help me with the required documents.

My husband doesn't hold any valid passport and he is living in india and will not be joining my visa in future also.

Is there any issue in applying my baby's visa on the above case.

I could not find any information on what ducuments I have to provide to prove my mum's sole responsbility of me, while my dad is still alive?
