Tier 1 E dependant to tier 2

Hi All,

I am on tier 1 E and wife on my dependant. Can she apply for tier 2 within UK as her company is ready to sponsor her.

She would need to apply from home country and sponsor will need to complete RLMT etc as far as I am aware.
