English Requirement for FLR(m)

Post by hamsikauk » Thu Sep 17, 2015 10:51 am

Hi All

Thanks all for sharing information on Visas. I hope you can guide me as well.

My husband is a passport holder. I have landed here in Feb 2013 as a dependent.

Iam due for my VISA extension now. Iam bit confused about english requirement.

All my certifcates are NARIC attested and im working as a permanent employee.

Do i need to attend level A1 exams to show english requirement.

Iam using FLR(m) form for my extension

Regards
Hamse

Did you used your certificates with NARIC confirming English for your initial spouse visa?

You need to meet the same requirements for English when you apply for the extension.

NARIC confirmed that my course was taught in english and gave me a letter stating the same.

Do i still need to write any exam to prove my language

You can use the same as you did for your initial application, it should still be valid.
