New November AN Form ???

Does anybody know when is the new November form coming out ? My wife has a NCS appointment on 5th Dec so need to start completing the form soon.

I would doubt very much if a new form will be out. Regardless of when the new form comes out, since you are within the 28 day grace period, if a new form comes out, you will still be ok to apply on v 10_15 which came out a week ago

New form was released on 28th October
