ICT Tier2. stay after resiging?

Hello
I am on Tier 2 ICT long term visa. should be end by March 2018... I plan to resign and leave UK by feb 2016,
I have the below questions if anyone can help

1- If I submit my resignation, by when do I need to leave the UK? (is it right after my last working day, or 30 days after my last working day, or 60 days after my last working, or some other duration)
2- Does the same duration in the above question apply to my spouse and dependants, even if I leave the UK before them?

As you are on an ICT visa, your visa will not be valid if you are not working for your sponsor. They will inform HO that you have resigned and your visa will be curtailed/cancelled. So the day after you leave your job, you should make plans to leave, this applies to both you and your family if their visas are dependent on yours.

Thanks for your reply, however I find it a bit strict and not practical to leave country next day of your last working day without have few days to wrap up!

It will depend on when your employer notifies HO. If they do it once you resign, you will likely have less time. If they do it closer to your last day, you might have more time.
