Hi everyone ,I have ilr
My wife and child applying for settlement for u.k from outside u.k
Does anyone knows what visa will my child get and when can child apply for ilr.
My child was born outside u.k .
Please help

Child will get a settlement visa (same as your wife) and will qualify for ILR when your wife does. There is no shortcut or quicker route.

The route to ILR is 5 years.
(Casa, not CR001)
