if your employer's sponsor licence has been revoked you will get a letter from UKVI curtailing your leave to 60 days from the date of the curtailment decision. Make sure UKVI have your current home address. You cannot apply for ILR on the 5 year route without your current sponsor certifying that they continue to require you for the job in question (which under the circumstances your current employer cannot) , so try to find a new sponsor and once you have a new CoS apply for leave to remain.

if you obtained your T2 visa in the UK your address would have been given in the CoS. In that case, and if it is still the same, UKVI would have it. If in doubt fill in the change of circumstances form:
https://www.gov.uk/change-circumstances ... p/overview
and send it to:

tier 2 application application hold on premium servics

Post by ashmun » Thu Dec 03, 2015 5:38 pm

hello,
I m on tier 2 general and my current sponsor was revoked in October, I fined new sponsor and they issue me COS letter . I take the appointment for premium service via company solicitor and I wait more then 5 hours, and after waiting I ask to the staff about my application and they give me letter after 20 minute where is stated that ,
your application is valid but there are further enquiries that need to be made on your case and as such your application has been passed to a team where these enquires can be made etc.
I m so much worried about that I pay for premium service and It is now more then week I still waiting.
I need help who have knowledge or have similar experience like me.
My question is
1. How long I need to wait for home office reply
2. this period may I can contact them via barrister somebody tell me UKBA tell him/her reason why they hold my application because they not tell me any reason :(
3.If my application not proved how many days I have to fined new sponsor
4.may I need to contact to the home office regarding process time
I m so much worried so all the help will be appreciated
thanks
regards,
ASH

Please don't post multiple times or in other people's threads when you already have your own topic. Multiple Posting (click)

When someone is online that can answer your questions I am sure you will get a response. You will need to wait for the outcome of your application or alternatively, speak to your solicitor. Make sure your new sponsor completed the full and proper RLMT process.

1. As long as it may take for HO to come to a decision with regards to your application. This could be a week or several months!! Either the casewoker or a clairvoyant can answer any more precisely than that.
2. HO does not provide status updates to applicants or their legal representatives.
3. When does your current leave expire?
4. Read 2.

My currents visa expire on august 2016.

there is no reason for holding file where I think.
my sponsor is A rated and home office have no visit into the business from 1 year.
And I think so I need to contact to the home office via my legal representative. My current sponsor where give me letter which I attach with the letter.
I m so much tense :(
Kindly give me advice what I do to get quick response from the home office.
