3 Years as PBS Dependent and 2 Years on FLR(M)

Hi Guys ,

Need some assistance regarding my wife's Visa extension.. Any help much appreciated..

My wife came to UK as PBS dependant in Jan 2011 and Moved over to FLR(M) in Sep 2014 (I got my ILR approved in Sep 2014 on the basis of 10 yr stay). Now is there any way I can apply an ILR for her on the basis of her 5 year stay in UK as a dependant or am I looking at another extension for her and completing the 5 Years from Sep 2014 as I read else where in the forums.

No, her clock towards ILR reset to zero when he applied for FLR(M).

Yes, she needs 5 years residence on FLR(M) before she will qualify for ILR.

Time spent on PBS Dependent visa will only be counted towards residency for ILR based on 10 years long residence. She will qualify for ILR via FLR(M) route before she reaches 10 years anyway.
