Short 5 Months for ILR LR

Need help im short of 5 months on my ilr ten year route lawyer advice to submit SET(o) which will cover my 5 months .can anyone give me a better advice plzz.

Set(O) is an application for ILR based on 5 years residence in a qualifying visa. Why would your 'lawyer' suggest that to 'buy you time' for ILR LR.

What is your full UK immigration history?

What visa do you currently have and when does it expire?
