so does that mean i cant apply from UK since i am T2 DEPENDANT?

You can also switch to a Tier 2 (General) visa if you’re:
a dependent partner of someone with a Tier 4 visa

You need to apply from your home country. Your new sponsor/employer needs to complete the proper RLMT process.

You waited all of 33 minutes to bump your thread for a reply

When a member is available who can or wishes to answer your query, I am sure they will.

If all the documents submitted to HO are proper and HO not requested any document, then your employer should get sponsorship license in 3 to 4 weeks, but it might get delayed if the situation is different.
Make sure.
1. RLMT is done during this period to speed up the process.
2. Employer requests RCos from HO.
Hope that helps.
